Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please call Re. at (205) 613-5801 before sending an item back so we can review your request and provide return instructions.

Items that cannot be returned

Workshop candle refills, custom work, and commissioned items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Call Re. within 14 days of delivery with your order details and the reason for the return. If your item is eligible, we will confirm the next steps for getting it back to us.
